Military retirees with TRICARE For Life coverage may consider the AARP® Medicare Advantage Patriot No Rx plan. This plan provides the freedom to visit doctors and hospitals in our network for a $0 monthly premium and additional benefits that may include:

Do these plans have drug coverage?

No. These plans do not include prescription drug coverage, so you’ll want to keep your TRICARE For Life member prescription drug coverage.
I have VA benefits
Which plan may be a good fit for me?

Veterans receiving VA health benefits may consider a Medicare Advantage plan with prescription drug coverage. These plans offer most of the same benefits as the Medicare Advantage Patriot Plan and give you access to care and services your VA benefits may not cover.

Yes. Most Medicare Advantage plans offered by UnitedHealthcare include prescription drug coverage.
If you have both Medicare and Medicaid, you may be eligible for a Dual Special Needs plan.
