UnitedHealthcare Dental products offer OBM Members insured dental benefits. UnitedHealthcare Dental is a product from an experienced dental benefit organization with 20 years of industry experience. All OBM plans offer 100% coverage for preventive and diagnostic procedures – such as cleanings, x-rays, and routine examinations – and a large national network of over 105,000 participating dentists and specialists.

Vision

UnitedHealthcare Vision offers OBM Members insured and discounted vision benefits and services. Founded in 1964, UnitedHealthcare Vision provides vision care benefits through a comprehensive network of over 30,000 private practice and retail chain providers across the country combined with attractively priced retail products and services. UnitedHealthcare Vision's participating vendors include Cohen's Optical, Wal-Mart Vision Center, Sam's Club, and Sterling Optical, along with many independent doctors of optometry and ophthalmology.

Life insurance

UnitedHealthcare brings together life insurance products and value-added services for the benefit of the employers and their employees, such as beneficiary services, will preparation and travel assistance. Products are underwritten by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company and Unimerica Insurance Company; Unimerica Life Insurance Company of New York (NYC).

Effective January 1, 2017 upon enrollment or renewal: all OBM plans, except for the OBM Voluntary Specialty Option, will include a $25,000 employee basic life insurance benefit.

Effective 1/1/2020 - The Health Allies Discount program will be decommissioned for OBM and SBS business.
